We don’t drop off a manual and leave. At Car Motivators, we co-create, customize, and coach alongside your team to drive lasting results across sales, finance, BDC, management, leadership, and ownership.

Since 2018, Chris has worked directly alongside founder Sean Kelly, first as a mentee, when he asked Sean to coach him after his own dealer wouldn’t invest in outside help. That decision sparked a passion for coaching that quickly became a calling.

Over the past four years, Chris has coached in more than 75 rooftops across the country, helping people at every level of variable operations unlock their potential. His coaching has also extended beyond automotive, guiding professionals in multiple industries to higher performance and stronger leadership.

Car Motivators was founded by Sean Kelly with one mission: to transform dealerships through true coaching partnerships. From sales and finance to BDC, leadership, and ownership, our purpose is to help dealers unlock growth by coaching people, not just handing them a manual. Unlike traditional training companies, we don’t deliver canned programs or drop off binders. We co-create customized strategies with every dealer partner, then stay engaged through ongoing coaching to ensure lasting results that stick.
